Boys' Lacrosse Team...fundraiser T-shirt design

Need a GREAT t-shirt design for a boys lacrosse team that is selling T-shirts to unsuspecting parents/friends/relations in order to raise money for a Spring Break trip. I suspect it will be best to have a two-sided design with school details on the front and a great graphic on the back. we've done some research and have pretty good ideas...described in the nice to have section.
