Brief de Design de T-shirt

Need a GREAT t-shirt design for a boys lacrosse team that is selling T-shirts to unsuspecting parents/friends/relations in order to raise money for a Spring Break trip. I suspect it will be best to have a two-sided design with school details on the front and a great graphic on the back. we've done some research and have pretty good ideas...described in the nice to have section. Cheers

  Love the dynamism and the detail of this image...with a few changes. I am kinda dopey on the whole...how many colors are in the image cuz it affects the screenprinting price deal...so we should try an minimize the different colorways to 2 or 3. Team colors are maroon, white, grey black. Jerseys typically maroon if that helps. Would be great if the jersey had "Saints" on it, even if obscured.
