Neuropsychology Practice Design

C'est ce que Chicagoland Neuropsychology (both words need to be similar sizes) recherchait dans leur logo and business card design

We are a company that does testing of brain abilities (neuropsychological and psychological testing) and psychotherapy. We work with typical medical patients as well as lawyers. We need to look like a modern company that is focused both on technical AND human-to-human aspects. Needs to be elegant, minimalist and classy. Also, this letterhead needs to print out well if it is printed in B/W. The files I uploaded I like, but they may be too "busy" or hard to make into an elegant design.
