Brief de Design de Logo et Carte de Visite

We are a company that does testing of brain abilities (neuropsychological and psychological testing) and psychotherapy. We work with typical medical patients as well as lawyers. We need to look like a modern company that is focused both on technical AND human-to-human aspects. Needs to be elegant, minimalist and classy. Also, this letterhead needs to print out well if it is printed in B/W. The files I uploaded I like, but they may be too "busy" or hard to make into an elegant design. I do not own the rights to these images - they are intended to be inspiration.

• In the footer of the letterhead, I am wondering if there should be an image off to the side that is a variation of the main logo with the lines coming off of - like the top images in the attached screenshot
