Outcome Imps Ltd provides consultancy support to health and social care organisations who want to improve outcomes for the people using their services. Our services include strategic planning, help with implementing services effectively, writing briefing papers on the evidence base for services, evaluating their effectiveness and helping services develop effective communication strategies.

The name comes from the concept of an imp - a mischevious creature that gets in the way of your service achieving its outcomes. It is not deliberately unhelpful, but it ends up screwing things up for the service so they're not as efficient as they would like. Our service helps to trouble-shoot these imps and get rid of them so the clients using the services improve as much as possible.
