Luxury Real Estate Agent Needs a Logo Design

C'est ce que South Bay Dwellers (or some combination of SBD) recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo design for my real estate business. I sell high end luxury real estate in a coastal community (near the beach) in Southern California. My company name is 'South Bay Dwellers'. I would prefer a logo that is sophisticated and hip, and love the color combination of red, charcoal gray, and medium gray.

Although I would also consider ideas with more of a beach coastal theme, using shades of aqua to convey the ocean. Possibly incorporating a wave or a hibiscus flower.
