Brief de Design de Logo
I need a logo design for my real estate business. I sell high end luxury real estate in a coastal community (near the beach) in Southern California. My company name is 'South Bay Dwellers'. I would prefer a logo that is sophisticated and hip, and love the color combination of red, charcoal gray, and medium gray.
Although I would also consider ideas with more of a beach coastal theme, using shades of aqua to convey the ocean. Possibly incorporating a wave or a hibiscus flower.
The final design should communicate luxury and sophistication.

I've increased the budget :) And more feedback about designs; I prefer clean, modern text over something swirly or frilly. For the second option I've outlined (something coastal, contemporary, sophisticated in shades of Aqua); maybe lettering that starts a darker blue and then fades to a lighter aqua toward the end? And either just the lettering, or something to suggest the ocean/beach, like a wave, a starfish, or even an updated version of a hibiscus flower.
