Brief de Design Graphique

I would like a strong, masculine look for the name of my business. I have attached 3 files. I like the way the "V" from the TV show Vikings is designed. The real feel of metal with several intertwined parts. I would like a large "F" that is forged from several metal parts. The name needs to convey authority and strength. I would love the metal to show some signs of wear (as in not brand new shiny chrome, but a luster on a worn stainless steel). I have attached my current design to see what I have created. That is a decent look but not good enough. It is too flat and not 3D enough. I need an F to look closer to the V from Vikings. I would also like the rest of the wording to have that metal look for consistency but does not have to have any of the details of the F. The F needs to be imposing and grab attention. I need "FATU" in capital, and "inc." lower case with possibly a smaller font. Ideally, I would like this design to be able to look realistic in print and embossed on products. I want to have it replicated in real life in sheet metal for a sign. The design should be able to stand on it's own against a wood backdrop and look as if it is made out of real metal sitting on a wood log. This is for my new construction business and I want it to look professional and represent someone experienced and trustworthy.
