Contact DesignCrowd (by phone would be your best option as they do not respond to any emails) and inform them of the issues you're having with the contest holder. They'll help you out.

Thanks Shelby for your kind suggestion but I already informed this issue to DC . Unfortunately i am still waiting for the reply from there side also. Let see what will happen.
