We need a single web page design for a promotion. This page will acts as a landing page for users. Please provide us with a cutting edge design. I have attached a previous design used a couple of years ago.

The Start Here box needs to look like this:
-Start Here (heading)
-A box for email addresses to be entered
-Then a check box with "Yes, I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and agree to receive email marketing from I Can Print Photos and acknowledge that I will receive special email offers from our marketing partners, including the Credit Mail newsletter."
-A submit button
