As soon as I see one or two designs that I would definitely pay for, I will make it guaranteed. There are some good submissions so I doubt that will be long.

I absolutely understand you, however making the project guaranteed will attract more designers to it and will greatly increase the chance of getting good designs on your project. On my side, this is a very risky project as I take time to generate ideas, which may still be used by you for free in the future, I can never know, working online without direct contact. That's why I commit my time only on projects where the client puts a commitment on the other side too. I think that's fair for both sides.
