Brief de Design de Logo

Machinery Safety & Compliance Services Ltd.
Produce a simple and modern logo for a consultancy that specialises in machinery safety. This includes European conformity such as CE Marking.
The logo should ideally contain no more than two colours and be easily reproduced for web viewing, letter heads and embroidered workwear. We usually have a black or dark background on our workwear.
Modern, cool and imaginative (clever) is key.
Our previous logo (attached) contained the four words of our company name laid out so that it could be read in a number of ways which also represented our services; Machinery Safety, Machinery compliance, Safety services & Compliance Services. Unfortunately it just caused people to get our name wrong.
Abbreviating our name to MSCS/MSCS Ltd for the logo is acceptable if it is worthwhile for a better logo.

This company is owned by a group, therefore other companies in the group may be re branded to match this logo to identify them. The other company is unrelated to machinery safety.
The winner would then be exclusively asked to create the other logos for additional fees.
