I am happy to provide more time. I am also willing to increase the payment amount but I would like to see some of the work first. If 20% of the work gets finish in the first few hours/day and it is satisfactory, I will increase the contract amount. What are your thoughts?

i sent new plans yesterday with a couple of window door changes not sure you saw those but I added them to the brief also
