I want to submit my design but there is an error on the submit page.

message shows:

" You have requested a page or file ()http://jobs.designcrowd.com/submitDesign.aspx?briefID=403319 which does not exist so we notified the web administrator to check it out. "

how odd - not too sure why that would happen, as we have received designs from other designers! Please try again soon for us and if it continues to happen you may need to contact the Design Crowd team. Alternatively, if you submit your design via email to info at inspyre.co.nz, and if it is our clients favourite we can work out how to get the payment to you :) Thanks!

Could you please tell us more about the company?

1. Company Name: Any background behind the words Excelso? The Words"Excel" & "So" have to be differentiated as in the old logo?
2. Any link for website / blog about the company's work / products? Or any old marketing material? Brochures/ Ads?
3. http://www.excelso-coffee.com/ is this a competitor of you with the exact name?

very interesting project, i'm a coffee addict either. it must be proud of me if i can drink a cup of coffee with my design on it lol.

Thanks very much for your questions! Unfortunately I''m not too sure about the origins of Excelso''s name, I will ask my client that and get back to you. But no, the words don''t have to be differentiated as in the old logo, but if you do want to differentiate them it just needs to read as one word :)

If you take a look at www.excelso.co.nz, you can see their website - however this will also have a facelift after the new logo is settled on so that there is cohesion between the two, so don''t feel restrained by adhering to the existing marketing material. The company hasn''t provided me with any other marketing material unfortunately, but hopefully their website tells you a bit about them. And like the website, the other marketing material will be adapted to suit a new logo.

http://www.excelso-coffee.com is a different company with the same name, however their products aren''t available in New Zealand, so aren''t a direct competitor.

Please just let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks very much, if I was a coffee drinker I would love to see the same thing :) unfortunately this Excelso coffee is only currently available in New Zealand, but if you''re ever over this way you may be able to try some out! I look forward to receiving your design.
