Brief de Web Design
I need simple interactive website.
I do have domain as well as hosting in place already.

Purpose of website is to schedule clients for IV fluids therapy which is typical 30-45 min session, should be able to select a product (total 6-10), add ons (total 5-8) and pay online or pay in store.
Website eshould be simple, yet powerful, mobile phone friendly.
1. Need to have capability to schedule in which client can schedule appointment we can control time slots availability.
2. Page should show the options to pick, 8-10 total IV fluids (Drips) to pick from
3. Online questionnaire filling with online signing of consent which can be submitted then to a designated email or linked to cloud storage such as one drive.
4. option to pay online
5. site should be able to send appointment confirmation and reminder to patient
6. Capability to add more locations on website or link to other existing locations where clients can schedule as practice grows
7. Capability to integrate app and with website os in future it is easier to code for an app (no app required at this time)
8. SEO is built in and ability to manage and track easily
