The budget i placed was for up to 15 designs. That fits within my mandate.
Therefore I will not be increasing the budget.

Good morning Ch, your Project is Exciting, but the only thing restraining me from participating is the budget, tht for 3 pages. Apologies but, I'd like to ask if there is a Chance of any Bargain later... if yes by how much? (for eg: 50% more)
