Brief de Web Design

This project consists of 2 major parts

1) Business Site - "TRIOMNI IT Services" - www.triomni-it.com
2) Educational Blog and YouTube channel - "MVP Java" - www.mvpjava.com

The business site powers the education site and are linked together.

Business Site - "TRIOMNI IT Services"
===============================
An IT company specializing in IT education, consulting and software development. Those 3 services create a synergistic effect and that is where the "TRI" comes from. I want that to come through.

The "OMNI" means radiating in all directions. In the context of TRIOMNI, it means those 3 services radiating in all direction in the IT industry.

- I want to replace the web page art for the www.triomni-it.com site. Right now I am using images from the web page template .
a) Want a big image to replace the current image where the 3 people are in a meeting (currently on my site). I want to convey those 3 services feeding off each other for the IT industry.
b) custom images branded for triomni for ...

- I attached a zip file with all the TRIOMNI logo art. I would like the logo in file "LOGO-PROFILE-IMAGE-1.png" to be converted into a transparent version since when I use it on my site, it should up with a white square background which is not what I want.

Educational Blog and YouTube channel - "MVP Java"

I require a YouTube Banner for my YouTube Channel - https://youtube.com/c/MVPJava . I will also want to paste the same banner for the header on my website www.mvpjava.com. I want to maintain a consistent look across all my platforms. This includes my MVP Java Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/mvpjava
and twitter: https://twitter.com/mvpjava
The banner/header image(s) has to conform to the image specifications of all those platforms.

I want the MVP Banner/Header to include the TRIOMNI company logo at the bottom lower right hand side (in smaller font - almost like a disclaimer) with small text "powered by TRIOMNI IT".

I want the MVP Design to be very colorful as the MVP Java logo is. So red, yellow, red and blue are colors that I really want. Look at MVP Java logo for what I mean (attached). MVP Java covers the Java programming language (technical blog and YouTube channel) but it aims to cover Java's entire ecosystem. Java gave rise to many other technologies where Java is like the trunk of a tree and the other technologies are the branches and leaves. I really want to convey that aspect "An ecosystem of technology stemming from Java". but I do not want to specifically name any technologies like the YouTube banner is doing right now. I want to move away from that since technologies come and go.

The MVP stands for "Most Valuable Programmer" and I want the information I provide to help my visitors to become the best MVP they can be . So it would be nice to convey the perseverance or an achievement in knowledge just like we have MVP trophies in sport, I want it to portray that what they learn here will help them reach their goals. This is why there is a trophy in the MVP Java log.

- I want the banner/header to include the text "MVP Java" with the same colors as the MVP Java logo or it could even be just the logo with the banner.

-An image that invites user to subscribe to MVP Java´s newsletter. Look at my www.mvpjava.com website look at the sign-up form. I want the image to contain those same red, blue, yellow and blue colors like the MVP Java logo with the word "Newsletter". It has to include the MVP Java logo as well.
