I adjusted the budget to add in for the coding as well if you make something wonderful I am very interested in doing some contract work for our website. I am very interested in finding the right designer for our website

The winning design is complete with no different ideas. He just merged images you attached in the brief.

Why extend the project and then select a winner before we can even complete the project? That was extremely deceptive.
