Brief de Web Design

I am looking to design the
Home page I have a mock-up that has the essentials on it like our video, a small slideshow, our plans, and a coverage map, and a small sign up box to be sent a free SIM card.

Eligibility Page: Cool Background with a fill in box that lets the user know if their number is GSM or unlocked.

View Plans page: will have our plans hopefully in their colors with a cool background a walkthrough on Activation.

Activation: If you order your plan first then we send the SIM Card Basically another fill out sheet first name last name ICCID IMEI phone number email

, Contact Us: This is our Customer support page.

Rapid Response ( this will be our About us page and will have a calendar of Community Volunteer Opportunities.. Right now I have a hodgepodge of different themes that I am going with for the web design. I would like it cohesive with the theme so all of it can fit together nicely.

At the Site map at the bottom we are looking for the basic Menu redirects. quick links to our T&Cs Customer Support and Follow US Buttons as well as a sign up for our Newsletter fill in.

Feel free to redo any of the ads. We are an MVNO like (US Cellular) we provide network Voice and Data Plans our target audience is first Responders and Military. If you are wondering what that green map is its a coverage map to see where to best have coverage. Right now I have a website that uses CMS and HTML. If you are interested in doing a full redesign of our website we would love it.
