May I see the designer's original design, overall the design is the same, and as I pointed out to Design Crowd I submitted this design to an earlier contest before you even launched yours however it was not chosen, but was a good fit for your project, I think the designer may have seen my design in a previous contest and copied it for yours, I am seeking legal action.

Let's discuss through Design Crowd. I think there are steps we can work through prior to legal action. I'd actually prefer to cancel my project and go with a private company given this level of aggression.

I have contacted a friend who is a Lawyer, and also Design Crowd just waiting to hear from them about this. Angela.
