I am interested in submitting a design, just wanted to know how important the scroll bars are, as most modern sites now don't have them as the pages move with mouse movements and scroll bars are not really needed. Is it part of your design? The software that I use can't add them in, should I still submit? Not sure of how important it is to you.

He mentioned nothing about scrollbars. If you are meaning sidebars, it is very important. But that is totally different then scrollbars.
