Brief de Web Design

A house painting company based in Knoxville TN, USA needs a fresh, new, fun, and playful--yet, simple, elegant and professional--website made. Here is a link to their existing site:

We want to keep the same site structure, so the navigation layout will stay the same. However, the video is too small, is too far over in the sidebar, and the overall design is amateur at best. We want something bright, colorful and bold! However, keep in mind the logo in the upper left of the header: The color scheme must include that red, white, and gray.

• - Lots of color! It's a site about painting homes. People like a variety of colors. Bring out your inner artist, and get bold with your colors!
• - A video place holder. As you can see, there is a video on the existing site, but it's small and hidden. Make it big and put it top left, or in the center.
• -Detailed and organized PSD structure. We're going to turn your design into a website, and to make that work soothly, we ask that you organize you PSD well: name your layers, keep things separated, group and ungroup as necessary, etc.
• A sidebar that goes down the right side of an interior page. We need a homepage, and also one [1] interior page template. We don't need you to make a design for each page. Just the homepage, followed by a simple interior page design that requires only the header/navigation, and a sidebar down the right side.
