Hello, I have posted 11 items for use in project or to give you and idea what we are.  I did receive one promising submission but should make it clear to that person and to  all that while you can see the ocean from the overlook in the land preserve which surrounds us, there isn''t an ocean vies from any of the cottages. There will be ocean views from many of the units in the Champlin Woods Condos which we hope to start this spring on the adjacent land also within the preserve. I sent a picture of the Condo building elevation. On the other side of this building are large decks,many of which will have distant but wide views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you would like me to send hus res view of the other side of the building I will. For now I will send you a low res architetural drawing of the side that has the ocean views. Thanks ,Rochelle
