Brief de Design de Poster
need a design suitable for a 30w by 60 long poster that would attract people to inquire or visit our condo real estate developments in Westerly RI US. The features are luxury single family detached condo maintained homes and to be built luxury condo units in an elevated 3 story building with heated parking. The area is notable for very fine beaches close by with soft light tan sand and ocean for sportfishing and sailing. The development is nestled within a private 175 acre land trust so the homes will always be protected from encroachment. I am very sorry but I misrepresented the poster size!!!!!! It needs to be 30 inches wide and only36 inches long. If you wish to adapt your designs, the essential elements are the logo that has the 2 birds in a blue field , the house image and something of the elevated condo building. Please make sure that the artwork you choose and the inages you choose will look good when enlarged to the actual they will be on the poster. Use the text " one level living in a cottage or elevated condo on the Rhode Island Shore. GPS 128 Shore Road Westerly RI 02891. Project Deadline Extended
Reason: some didnt see that I changed the size to 30 inches wide by only 36 inches long. My internal customers like the photo of the couple on the beach to be very prominent.
