But I must say one thing that as per the PROJECT TYPE, TASK OUTLINE and BUDGET MENTIONED the final deliverable will be only the design file made in PHOSTOHOP. You will get a layered file in PHOSTOHOP so you can edit them in Photoshop.

If you want the design into newsletter compatible HTML then you need to increase the budget for this HTML job.

We have a team of professional who can make HTML as well as develop in Mailchimp.
