What is the thought and relevance of the diamond (or is it a pyramid looking from above) and the blue colour?

If there is a strong reason, be it brand recognition, or are you willing to see it dropped and a new umbrella brand created that can be a new platform to create further sub brands as mentioned?

Good question - the diamond had no particular relevance, however it has been in the logo since 1994. We would consider something else, however out current feeling is that we should keep it, but just revamp/polish it up.
