Brief de Design de Logo

StatPro makes software for the financial sector. You can see more at the website www.statpro.com. The company has been around since 1994 and is in need of a revamp. We have a designer working on a new website but would like a logo refresh. We don't hate the logo we have but it needs to be modernised, so probably still working with the blue diamond.

Keep statpro lowercase. Use a classic sans-serif font. Nothing crazy. Something that will stand the test of time.

Keep the current colour theme and diamond - but modernise it with some beautiful and subtle gradients.

Maybe a reflection or shadow underneath?

So nothing crazy - just a polish up! :)

Hi guys. I've been getting some very high quality submissions for the project, however some are not in alignment with the brief. 


The current logo has a diamond shape - as a square rotated 45 degrees. I do not want an actual jewel diamond in the logo - we are a software company. 

Basically, I just need a nice revamp of the current logo. make it modern, make it web 2.0. Some drop shadow, inner glow, nice modern font. That's it really.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I am now starting to get some designs nearer to the point. Let me lay it down again: We want a polish up, not a redesign. Keep the diamond as a diamond, just give it some beautiful and subtle gradients. Keep the font simple, classic, and sans-serif. Thing beautiful typography that's stood the sands of time. Give me a beautiful shadow or reflection.
