Job type say Uncoded PSD only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only with CSS coding - not full site designed or CSS coded or asp.net integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget

Also please guarantee to project if you wish the best designers to work on it

HI there, have you considered going across to Wordpress and Woocommerce to sell your products, a wordpress theme would also make the website responsive...smart phone and ipad compatible. Rater than going down the path of a patch up job to the existing?

This is an html/css only project for 3 basic pages (as outlined), no integration, asp.net, ecommerce, etc. I have now further clarified that in the project description.

That's not an option. This site is used as a backend with lots of asp.net code, which I'm not willing to port. Mobile access is not important at this point.
This is just a 3 page html/css project, not a rewrite of the entire site.

Could you clarify which 3 pages?
