We have checked your project. As per task there have a 5 pages psd + html design. If you want wordpress, this is very low budget. If you are looking for completed wordpress site, you need to increase the budget.

Please let us know that, do you want full wordpress site or only psd and html?
You will do the wordpress in separate task with separate price.
