Brief de Web Design

We need a brand new website for our firm's new rebranding. The name of the website is www.wreckguys.com. Our new brand will be a group of personal injury lawyers focused on representing only victims in car wrecks. We will be distinguishing ourselves from other law firms due to the fact that other law firms represent clients involving all forms of personal injury. We will only focus on car wrecks and this needs to be reflected on the website.

I have attached the new firm logo and stationary to show the designers the kind of look we are going for in the new website. It needs to be clean, pure, and show the potential clients that we only do one thing and we do it well. That thing is car wrecks.

Some examples of websites that we like are the following:
www.bsp.lu - nice interface and colors. nice navigation, we really like the biography pages for the individuals attorneys
www.chewninglegal.com - good layout, good navigation
www.conroysimberg.com - navigation bar follows the user whether the user goes up or down

We would like five separate pages -- (1) Home, (2) Client Resources, (3) Expertise / Car Wrecks, (4) Contact Us, (5) News

The Home page will be used for driving traffic and should have a call to action on the right at the top stating that we will send an ebook to anyone who gives their contact information. The ebook will explain how car wrecks work. This should also have room for youtube videos which will be added later.

The client resources will include blogs, books, and information for potential clients. It should be presented in a well developed manner which is both appealing to potential and current clients.

The expertise page will show that we only focus on car wrecks. This needs to be a recurrent theme throughout the entire website. This page will focus on car wrecks and the different aspects including damages, insurance, and investigation.

The Contact Us page will show a google map to our address and phone number. Please use generic information and we will fill in the gaps upon the selection.

News: the news page will show different articles related to past and present cases and the successes of those clients.

The overall page should be elegant and creative. Do not include courthouses, gavels or anything else related to the law. If you include these things, your design will automatically be excluded.
