What must the final size of the diagram be? Do you prefer a landscape diagram or can we perhaps make it portrait?

Hello - thank you for your interest and help! Preferably letter size and no real preference on landscape vs. portrait - whichever works best to simplify and show the flow best to understand. Thank you very much for your help and consideration.

I am not sure about your goal: Is this to help doctors and nurses treat patient best or is this an order to staff to care at a special way to costs by communicating at a required way and fill out necessary forms?
(I know of course: "Only death is for nothing";-)
But anyway: This appeals to my sense of ordering. Could you please provide the original AI-file? Doing all by photoshop would cause a lot of problems on size, resolution and many more.

Though my question seems provoking, a true answer would help to sort, especially "can" from "must". Would help if you mark this. I think this is the pity;-) - despite differentiation between optional sequence and required sequence. Some points seem to appear automatically, especially forms,- this could be summarized without loosing content.
