Hi! Help us simplify the design of our workflow. Please refer to the file attached.

We are looking for a visual guru to simplify a workflow we are trying to create. It's a graphical overview for doctors so they can understand the proper steps faster and more clearly!

Unfortunately, I think we made it too busy in the process - anyone with any good ideas?! We'd like to outsource to complete and sharpen. Thank you for your help! This is for working doctors and nurses who need help understanding workflows more easily - with better information given and easier to absorb we can help improve healthcare by making information easier to understand - help me help the patients!

• I'd love to see this simplified and easy-to-understand. The goal is to help the doctor understand what steps he can take. It's to help them do their job better - ultimately saving them time from trying to figure it out and thus more time for the patient and better care!

• Anything more complicated than it is. We're really trying to keep the similar icons if possible, but open to new flows if easier to digest for the docs!
