Not sure if you know that there are probably only 10 Phillies active here, not much of a contest, but i assume your doing this on many crowd sourcing websites and via agencies... however contradicts the concept of student designers as those here are successful running adult businesses.

I do wonder how many people will suddenly change their country locations, glitch much.

Sorry if that's not clear, what i mean is that designers can simply change living locations via the profile info, making it possible to enter your contest.
