The current budget suffices for mainpage psd design only max - not all pages designed and developed or coded & or CMS integrated for this low budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Would you be up for a less blocky design? I have some great ideas for a 1 page site that is fun, highly interactive, and unique that still incapsulates all the features you would like. I'd like to work smarter for you and design just 1 layout that combos #1-3 for a most effective site for your users.

is this for homepage redesign? or just pages like on you wireframe that you attached on the file?
because I am still confuse you need ony one page but.....

The idea is to have the design for a static one pager site. So we'll need the design for one page with different ways to display different kind of information (blocks).
