Brief de Web Design

We need a completely new design for our company web site: www.kiwi-consultants.ch (please do not use it as a reference. We want something completely different.)

We are a consulting company and therefore our team is our key ressource together with our skills.

This site will be german in the first place. It will be the webmasters job to create it multilingual.

The website should be rather eccentric but still informative.

For colors and logo please refer to attached Logodefinition.pdf. The colored horizontal logo should be somehow used for the website but doesn't need to be extremely prominent. You can choose every color for the design but the logo must be somehow embedded in original colors and the green should be integrated for the site.

Please keep in mind that it should also work for mobile devices so the webmaster will have to create a responsive website out of the submitted design.

The main Page should be a one pager with different layout blocks directly accessible via top sticky menubar.:
- AKTEURE (team), gallery, people centric with images of member and expandable description box, plus skills abstract list (name & description). See attached mockups to support the explaining (do not take it as a reference).
- ÜBER UNS (mission), Description of companies vision, mission, competences etc.
- ... according to the menu bar

We would like to have at least 3 different block layouts to fill with content for the one pager site:
1. Team is the most important and the least generic one
2. Big picture less text
3. Multiple smaller pictures multiple text blocks
4. Hardly any picture text centric

The page should communicate competence in what we are doing, quality and not least youth and freshness.
