I''m not opposed to the idea but we do have a team in place now. Who knows maybe you would be ideal as a supplemental part of the whole team as we plan on launching many sites this year. Can you give me examples of your work please?

With no change in the PSD design ?

Not really - we have a team already for that and to integrate with custom shopping carts.

The design have 3/10. I need to make it better.
After that, your team or me will make it HTML page ?
I will make it better in the PSD design only or I nedd to make it HTML after that ?

Only in PSD is needed. We will do the html on our side.
