Brief de Design de Logo

Midwest Roasters is based out of the Midwest in northern Wisconsin. Currently we service all of the Midwest with wholesale, foodservice, specialty, and grocery. We currently have two company owned coffee brands as well as private label coffee with in the market. We will be adding up to two other brands of coffee in the near future. Each company owned brand is available and marketed for select markets. Midwest Roasters is the roasting company that makes and brands them all. I describe us as a General Mills of coffee. General Mills simply creates and markets other brands of product. That's what we do for coffee. To keep it simple, Midwest Roasters roasts and brands high quality, specialty grade coffees to multiple markets. Like I said, we will be rebranding our two current coffee brands as well as adding two additional coffee brands in the near future. We may consider working with the artist we choose to freelance those other projects. Our design should be professional, strong, and should communicate quality. The logo should also be designed so that it could look just as good in a one or two color application such as stationary. I will allow the designer to create the design and select a color scheme to fit our company and what we do as well as where we are from and serve.

• I have seen some great logos coming in. At first I had a couple sample logos I had in mind for the design to be like, but after looking around on design crowd, I have seen so many talented logo designs. We launched this project for a couple reasons. First, we are technically a new company. We have had a coffee roasting and retail company since the late 80's however, we separated and are rebranding this whole new company. Secondly, we do really know what we want for a logo, I though I had ideas, but I'm interested in allowing creative people to be creative. I am now allowing any and all designs. The description of the company is above and I can't wait to see what you creative people can come up for us. Remember this is a company brand, not a product brand, those will come later. Also, this logo will be on all stationary, website, wholesale packaging such as boxes, etc,
• So it must work with multiple mediums.
