Brief de Design de Logo
We are an estate and business planning firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We pride ourselves on being the anti-law firm and buck the system at every chance we get. Our process and fees are completely different than most law firms. We don't use the typical scales of justice, gavels, or courtroom pictures in any of our marketing. We focus on families, generations, working moms, and small business owners. We have been told time and time again that we are so different but our current logo really isn't all that different (attached). We have started using the nickname of "glo" on some things. We are changing our website to be a cleaner, modern site such as changing pictures to new circle format and we are working on a couple of infographics to describe our process. It's a tough balance between being professional/legal and being touchy feely. We don't want to alienate male clients but we also want to appeal to wives/moms as they typically initiate the planning process. We like circle logos and are looking at changing our navy blue/silver color scheme to a bright blue and adding 1-2 more colors to use in our materials, webinars, etc. We have used orange in some items and we have a caricature of me that we've used (attached). We like logos that create some sort of picture/graphic that kinds says that we are the new, fresh, user friendly advisors. We've tried our hand at a solid circle logo with "glo" in script or just a "g" in a font like you might see in scrapbooking (like an old typewriter). This logo will appear on our digital marketing, print, signage, etc. We have 3 distinctive sides of our business (estate planning, probate, and business planning). We've even thought of using a logo that comes in 3 colors to use with each side. We are updating our website to have these 3 separate, distinct areas. We will start continuous webinars, auto responders, etc. on our website soon.
