Combined Cryoablation of cancer with injection of immunotherapy

I would like an illustration which shows cryoablation of a cancer, and then injection of immunotherapy into the same tumor that was just frozen. I am not sure if it is best to try to put this all in one drawing, or first do a drawing of the tumor cryoablation and second do another drawing showing injection into the tumor.
