Brief de Design Invitation

I need a design for an invitation to our Meet the Scientists fundraising dinner.
The organization is called Arthritis National Research Foundation. (Find info at curearthritis.org)
Our organization tries to raise money to fund research into arthritis - all the different kinds of arthritis. We fund cutting edge research by giving grants to young scientists at different universities . I'm looking for an innovative design for the invitation to this event .
At this event we introduce our audience to to Scientists that we gave grants to in the previous year and tell them about the scientists who applied for grants this year. We also use the event to raise money towards these grants
