JPGDESIGNS.IN will do graphics design and create HTML pages using the content provided by the client.   Dependencies   Completion of the project depends on 1. Mutually agreed date to initiate the project 2. Availability of finalized content. 3. Timely clarifications.   Risk Assessment & Mitigation   1. Non-availability of contents Probability of occurrence: Low Impact: High Mitigation: Escalate to Stake-holders. Any impact on effort or schedule will be discussed and Change request raised. 2. Major change in requirements Probability of occurrence: High Impact: High Mitigation: any major changes impacting schedules will be discussed and Change Request will be raised.   Communication & Governance Model   The communication between our onsite and JPGDESIGNS.IN teams will be primarily via secure email with telephone and videoconferencing being used as and when required.   Project Reporting   JPGDESIGNS.IN will provide Client with timely and appropriate Project updates.   Additional Information   1. We will complete the project as assured.       Time Lines                                         $8/ hours                                     Development & Internal Testing     Commercial Estimate   Cost Estimate = $ 8 This estimate is based on Time and Material Proposal, and should not be construed as "Not to Exceed" or a Fixed Bid proposal.
