Book is about the power of consumer nowadays , the book will combine the era of social media but also the power of one to one word of mouth meaning w/o being connected to an electronic platform

Consumer is the media is a book about the power that now the consumer has in this double way interaction between the brands and the consumer, between the services and the people between the social media and the traditional media.
