Town Wordpress Design Project

Hi,

I am looking for someone to completely start from scratch on a website for a town in Texas named Lakeside. I designed their last website about 4 years ago but am not able to give them what I would like to with my abilities. I need a wordpress website that is web 2.0 in design while still being creative. Their current website can be seen at www.lakesidetexas.us. They like such websites by a company named CivicPlus, you can view their town website portfolio here: http://www.civicplus.com/index.aspx?NID=137. I would need all of the pages and info that is on their current site to be moved to the new site that I am hoping you can create for me. I want a much cleaner, nicer, and simpler navigation panel, while hiding links in drop down menus. I also want to include a calendar where they could post upcoming events and would want them to be able to add submit-able forms whenever they would need to. A search option would also be nice.
