Need home page concept design for existing website

Our existing website is www.32soft.com. We started re-branding project. We need one page (home page) concept made in Photoshop with a new theme. PLEASE REVIEW THE MOCK-UP OF NEW HOME PAGE IN THE ATTACHED MS DOC FILE.

We develop data processing productivity software for corporate clients. By purchasing our products and services our customers gain efficiency, cut cost, free up resources.

The new theme and styles should be modern responsive (compatible with mobile devices). Our current website's home page has lots of descriptive information which create a sense of clutter.

The new design should be clear and distinct. I like DesignCrowd.com color theme, font styles and menus. Another one I like http://ontraport.com/ - the style, theme and the way they convey complicated idea to prospects.
