We would like to have our home page redesigned to attract new users to subscribe to our services, sign up for our site, and show our feature set on the home page. Also allow space for affiliate ads. We have over 8000 pageviews a month but the homepage is too updated daily and during the day but appears static and needs some oomph to attract suscribers

Goal 1. Redesign home page to make it look UI friendly.
Goal 2. Allow space for the site to advertise its feature set or updates/special promotion
Goal 3. Allow banner ad space for affiliate ad space - two boxes
Goal 4. Allow good space for real time news feed
Goal 5. Display HOT STOCKS etc from news feed
Goal 6. Pop up to welcome new users and request for sign up for free trial
