Dating Website splash page (Partially coded)

I am looking to create a splash page to create a big impact and give the right impression of my new online dating site. This is the only thing required as the page will be linked to a fully operational back end. The page needs to encourage people to sign up for a medium to premium website, the costs will be the low end of the premium market. The attached banners and logo give and idea to what I was thinking however this can all be changed if it doesn't fit.

I also need some banners, listed below, and the colour scheme for the already existing backend. this will just be colours and banners as the rest is part of the backend and supplied. I have attached my example banners to give an idea of what I was thinking.

The website is starting in the UK but i will be creating many more country sites afterwards from the same design.

I also need the designer to be able to do all of the html programming, for someone proficient this should be very easy. I will provide the… Voir plus
