Simple landing page, about us, contact us, email sign up, and stripe purchase pre-order

We need a website that showcases our product, currently at www.solarhexx.com. the website there now which was hacked together by a total amateur sucks. I would like the site to be as static as possible, with the only dynamic elements the stripe purchase and email sign up. the design and coding ideally done by the same person. I have more media files like photos if needed. I have also submitted an additional design project for creating renderings of our product in a more modern setting. results from this project will be sent to the winner of this project to use in the coding.
