I am starting a company that will help small businesses that are looking to raise money over the internet (i.e. crowd fund) in reliance of the JOBS Act and the new rules that have been recently passed.

Initially, the website will help a business figure out if it is qualified to raise money and if so, it will tell the business what information is required.

The various pages will need to gather information from the businesses through Yes/No questionnaires, drop-down lists and free text boxes -

I am still thinking about my company's name and don't have a logo - for now, please use the name "CFCC (crowd funding compliance center)" - feel free to throw in an idea for a logo Voir plus
