The customers are families that may own 1 or two small income properties.

Potential customers include property mgmt companies, or banks that are holding properties.

The product is intended to educate the owner about deficiencies to correct and provide healthy, habitable, legal housing.

The product is a video recorded inspection & a checklist report.

The logo should include imagery for a house, and a medic cross to represent healthy housing.

The product would allow customers to view their report online or print in PDF.
They may also review the video of the inspection

Customers will register & login to schedule an inspection or review a completed inspection.

Preferred colors are soft blue, light green.

The site should be clean, simple, minimalist.
