Clean vector graphic of old logo

C'est ce que Basilica di San Clemente recherchait dans leur vector design

We have an old fuzzy JPG of a simple shield of our Basilica in Rome. We would like a cleaned-up scaleable version of the same. The left side of the shield is half of a Dominican cross. The right side is a stylized anchor between the sans-serif letters S and C. Under the shield is a simple scroll banner with the Latin word VERITAS. A copy of the existing image has been uploaded.
